1. The service
Enamel PRO is online software for managing dental clinics and practices. These terms govern the use of the service by the clinic that creates an account (the “Clinic”).
By creating an account, the person doing so declares they can bind the Clinic and accepts these terms.
2. Free trial, plans and prices
Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with every feature, with no card required.
There are two plans: Básico (1 user) at USD 20 per month and Pro (unlimited users) at USD 50 per month. Both include every feature. Prices include VAT.
When the trial ends, to keep using the service the Clinic pays the subscription for the plan it chooses. We may update prices with prior notice by email; the change applies from the next period.
3. Payment, cancellation and plan changes
The plan is monthly and paid by bank transfer, using the details we send by email. There is no lock-in contract.
The Clinic may cancel or switch plans at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
4. Referral program
For every clinic that signs up with another clinic’s referral link and pays its first subscription, the clinic that recommended it receives 15 free days, credited automatically. There is no cap on referrals.
Signing up does not earn the benefit; the first payment does. A clinic cannot refer itself. We may remove days earned through abusive or fraudulent use of the program.
5. Clinic data and export
The patients’ and the Clinic’s data belong to the Clinic. Enamel PRO processes them on its behalf, under the data processing agreement.
The Clinic may at any time view its patients’ data through the product’s features and obtain the data it needs to answer requests from data subjects or to meet legal obligations, including the retention of clinical records.
A full bulk export of all account data is available to clinics with at least 4 years of subscription to the Pro plan. This rule does not limit the rights Law No. 18.331 grants to individuals or the Clinic’s legal obligations.
6. Acceptable use
The Clinic and its users must use the service lawfully, keep their credentials confidential and not try to access other clinics’ data, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful purposes.
The Clinic is responsible for the content it uploads and for having a legal basis to process its patients’ data.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will run without interruption. Enamel PRO is a management tool and does not replace the professional’s clinical judgment.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount the Clinic paid in the 12 months before the event.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Montevideo.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email in advance.
